How to delete transfers received through file drop links?

When you receive one or more files via your drop link, once they are received and in your account, you are in control of how they are used.


It's up to you to download them, or just view them, as long as they are available.


As a reminder, transfers received are available for 7 days by default.


If you no longer have any use for these files and/or you want to sort out the 'Received transfers' section of your account, you can delete them.


Deleting received transfers involves just a few steps:

  • Go to the "Received transfers" section of your account
  • On the line of the corresponding transfer, click on the "...", then on "delete".
  • Or click on the line of the corresponding transfer, then click on the red "delete" button in the top right-hand corner.

That's all there is to it! It only takes a few seconds, but the action is irreversible. Once deleted, your transfers become totally inaccessible, as they are deleted from our servers. So make sure you don't regret this (simple) action, by ensuring, for example, that the contact who sent you the files has kept a copy.


Once deleted, you keep a history of the transfers, which can now be found in the "Deleted transfers" section.
