What is the availability period of the file drop link?

Once it has been generated, by default, the file drop link allows your contacts to make an unlimited number of transfers, depending on the storage authorised in the terms and conditions of your subscription.

Also by default, the file drop link is active for 7 days.

After this period, your contacts will no longer have access to it and will no longer be able to send you large files.

The file drop link settings can be changed at any time from your account, in the Settings tab. The maximum validity of a drop link is 365 days.
