I don't manage to unzip the downloaded transfer on Mac

If you upload multiple files, our system converts them into a .zip file. It gives us the ability to have a service as optimal as possible and to let you enjoy the best possible upload and download speed.

In general, once downloaded, just double click on the .zip file to open and decompress it.
In some cases and especially on Mac, Mac system fails to open .zip file properly. This is an issue independent of Smash.
There are free tools to successfully unzip .zip files:
  • on Mac: download The Unarchiver (free)
  • on Windows PC: download 7-zip (free)
Once the tool has been downloaded, all you have to do is open the file with the tool corresponding to your computer.
All the worries about opening a .zip file will be forgotten in just a few clicks!
