How to renew my subscription?
First of all, if you're reading this post: thank you!
Thank you for wanting to continue the Smash adventure and for being a loyal member of our big family. This is first (very) good news.
The second good news is that you don't have to do anything!
The renewal of Smash subscriptions is automatic.
This information may have escaped you and yet it is clearly mentioned on the subscription payment page, on our
Pricing page as well as in our
General Terms of Sale.
We are far from wanting to keep you near us forever: we are transparent and we accept any reason that could lead you to unsubscribe (even if it makes us super sad).
In any case, your renewal will take place without any necessary action on your part, on the anniversary date of your subscription (the date on which you subscribed), for an additional month or year, depending on the offer chosen.
