How to update my billing information?
You need to update or change, for any reason as every reason is a good reason, your billing information?
In this article, we explain how to process:
- Login to your Smash account
- Click on the tab "Administration", then "Billing", then cancel the subscription Don't worry, you won't lose your transfers nor your settings.
- Subscribe again through our Pricing page, by chosing the plan of your choice
- On the billing page, your billing information should be automatically filled, except the one of your credit card. You just need to enter your new billing information and process to payment.
Please note: unsubscriptions from Smash accounts only apply on the anniversary date. Before this date, you can unsubscribe, but the subscription remains active, you can still use it.
If your subscription was recently renewed and you wish to change the bank details linked to your subscription, we advise you to make this change only a few days before the anniversary date.
